The Resilience Toolkit
6 week intro & practice
In this Resilience Toolkit series we will be meeting once a week for 6 weeks to explore the Resilience Toolkit in a small group of no more than 12 participants. In this time we will get to know our own stress-relaxation cycles and patterns, as well as tools to help us navigate these cycles in a proactive way.
This is an interactive series in which we'll have some time to get to know each other, explore the Toolkit, and find ways to integrate it into everyday life. We'll explore the challenges that may come up and see what support is needed. The first two sessions are longer in order to explore some of the theory and learn the tools, as well as set personal goals. We'll revisit the practices and check in on the goals during the practice & integration sessions.
