My approach
I use a trauma informed framework - aiming to always give you choice, voice and agency about what we do together. We'll follow your lead and I can chip in ideas as needed. Everything goes: from just giving you space to speak while I listen, to concrete advice. We'll consult your thoughts, emotions and body sensations at a rate and depth that feels good to you.

What to expect from our first meeting
We'll meet for an initial conversation of no more than one hour, during which we'll get to know each other a little bit. We'll explore your life situation and what support you might need, and what of that I might be able to offer. We'll speak about rhythm and regularity of meeting, and then take some time to let things settle and digest. If it feels right for both of us to work together, we'll pick a date and time for our first session together.
Cost
Everything I offer is on a pay-what-you-can basis. That means my work has no price - and it nonethless has a cost. I'd like to hold both your and my financial needs. This means that I don't have fixed rates but that you decide how much money feels good to share with me. Find out more here.
